Small and cosy hostel with all the rooms located around a central internal courtyard. The building is a beautiful traditional Chinese courtyard house located in ancient central Beijing, yet has modern comforts. The management, Rick and Rachel, know what international guests expect and provide plenty of friendly help. The location is great: Forbidden City, BeiHai Park (North Sea Park), and HouHai are within a 10 minute walk. Tiananmen Square, WangFuJing Shopping Centre, and the Temple of Heaven are within a reasonable distance. Overall a great place to stay that will add to your experience of Beijing.
